Unfortunately, the quality and stitching of the suit fabric are terrible and low quality. The suit sleeves were unstitched and the shirt had a stain on the collar. Customer service in Mayaguez was excellent, but that same day, three complaints were filed for the same thing from different customers. I have photos of your suit, please contact me. Please take action with your sewing staff so that your future customers don't feel embarrassed at any activity by taking off their suit.
I once bought some wedding clothes for my son. He got COVID, so we couldn't go. We went to see if they would refund our money, but they didn't, nor could we exchange them for other clothes. The only thing they said was that he could use the wedding clothes within two years. We spent about $200, and the clothes stayed in the store.
My experience was not good since my son was getting married and the tuxedo they promised to bring him was not available 1 week before. He had to ask for a refund and had to go to another place. The father had to pick it up there since they would not return the credit and upon arriving at the church the buttons came loose. The bad time we had on a special day.
WOW!! Excellent service!! They helped me just before closing, I got what I was looking for. They managed to have the clothing ready in less than 18 hours. Really super good service, I congratulate you!!
