He took the time to understand the event, current trends, and most importantly, my son's personal style and preferences. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the experience seamless and enjoyable. We felt truly valued as customers, and my son walked away with a tuxedo that not only fit perfectly but also suited the occasion beautifully.
The level of care, expertise, and dedication provided by Chaleco Tuxedos exceeded our expectations. We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality attire. Thank you José for making this special moment even more memorable!
I visited Chaleco Tuxedo to get measured for my friend’s wedding suit, and I had an amazing experience. Alexandra provided exceptional service—she was professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her kindness and expertise. Highly recommend!
Spent over 1200 dollars on a tux only to find out AFTER purchase that they don’t do alterations. Not even so much as a recommendation as to where to do them. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. At the minimum let the customer know they’re responsible for their own alterations at the time of purchase instead of blindsiding them—we had gone to the store MULTIPLE times prior to purchasing, having let them know we needed a tux for an event in 2 weeks, and even still, this detail was omitted entirely, giving us minimal time after pickup to seek our own arrangements for alterations. Clearly we don’t have an issue spending money on a quality product and service, and for over 1200 dollars, I expected more. Wouldn’t spend here again or recommend to anyone.
