Excellent service overall. Great variety of items to choose from. The communication was positive and excellent. The attention we received was exactly what should be anywhere. And the prices are in the competitive range with other stores. I recommend these guys with my eyes closed.

We went for fitting and separate a tuxedo and found that it was closed when it should be open according to the posted schedule operation. Let me be more specific. We went yesterday, Friday August 1st at 3:45pm and according to your posted operating schedule store should be open until 5 pm. There was not any sign of closing for any specific period of time.

I'm sorry to say I was actually there when you yelled at that lady to control her child. There was a minor in the waiting area that day. We also had to wait an extended period of time when we were informed that you gave the best man's tuxedo to someone else. What caught me off guard was that there was no apology. It was so matter of fact that we were informed we had to wait for the person who had the tux to bring it back due to the business's mistake.

Unprofessional and dishonest business practices. I had a very disappointing experience at Galería de Novios. The suit I ordered was not the same suit presented to me at pickup—completely different from what I had selected. When I brought this to their attention, instead of correcting the issue or offering any accountability, they still charged me the full amount. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, showing no concern for the mistake or the fact that this was for an important occasion. For a store that specializes in formalwear, their lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Galería de Novios to anyone looking for a reliable or professional experience.

★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Galería de Novios with my brother to help him with his wedding attire, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The place was completely unorganized, with no clear process or communication. What really shocked me was how one of the employees yelled at a woman with a baby, telling her to either control her child or leave. Then, the same employee rudely announced that no one was allowed to accompany the person being fitted, even though I simply wanted to see how my brother’s outfit would look. For a business that claims to be dedicated to weddings and customer service, this was a very unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I do not recommend Galería de Novios to anyone looking for an stress-free and welcoming environment during their wedding planning. Worst experience Ever!
