This place is incredible. Not only did I get exactly what I needed, but the customer service rep, “Diego” was fantastic. To cap it off, they finished the tailoring several days in advance and Don Carlos, the tailor is an expert. Thanks guys.
They take measurements very poorly, and by a LOT. When you pick up, nothing works. The worst part... They don't have enough stock for a simple long-fit shirt. I made it late to my activity.
We ended up with the wrong sizes in tuxedos & shoes. The measurements were taken by them, still the day of the wedding the groom had to go exchange & pick up missing pieces to the tuxedo. Unorganized. Also they blame google for listing them as closed on sundays meanwhile they have 2 different signs showing 2 different time information.
