I have been shopping here before it became a SuperMax. Some of the checkout people are super rude. Bad attitude. Usually the young women working on Saturday and Sunday. They charged me 5 times for an item she had problems scanning. Should have been only one. I realized and returned to the store to receive no apology. Only rudeness. Avoid.
Great product selection and facilities. Horrible customer service, especially from the management team and one of the security guards (mature gentleman with beer belly and glasses) I've expressed several complaints to Jose Miranda, general manager, about the security guard's and some of the employees' persecution tactics while I shop around the store. I've also informed Rafael Jimenez, the nighttime supervisor, who has also not addressed the issue and has acted unprofessionally several times. And one of the office workers, named Maria, has continued to orchestrate an illegal surveillance team that often follows me throughout the store as well. Their illegal surveillance is obvious, yet they continue. Another guest has also documented this behavior in a previous review for which I have included the photo. I have never in my life experienced such level of blatant disrespect towards a customer for no valid reason. This is the only SuperMax store where I experience this. Considering I've also informed the central office and thei behavior continues, I'm now making it public so perhaps their behavior ends.
