10/10 Scores across the board. Everything we tried was better than we could have imagined! The chef choice sushi rolls and the orange beef were especially good. Don't skip out on the drinks! The Tokyo Mule and the Japanese Sangria are to die for. The service was polite and really efficient. The restaurant was clean and lovely to ve in. I will definitely be visiting again to try the rest of their menu.
My husband and I came here on vacation and Fuji Sushi beat our favorite places back home! Anyone who considers themselves a true sushi lover must come here! 100000000/100, also the best miso soup I have ever had!
My wife and I came from the states for vacation. We are HUGE sushi lovers and Fuji genuinely blew our favorite place back home out of the water. Good service, incredible food and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Also I'm not normally a big miso soup fan but Fuji's is absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 anyone who loves sushi will love this place. And no I don't work for them or benefit from leaving them a positive review.
Best sushi spot in town! Every time I visit PR, it’s so hard to find delicious sushi but this is probably my new favorite spot. Every time I go I always have a good experience and the food is always perfect. My personal favorite rolls are the Volcano Roll or the Tokyo roll. If you’re not a big fan of seafood, I highly recommend the orange chicken too! The cocktails were so delicious and intricate (this is coming from someone who usually doesn’t drink that much alc). The mushroom with the kani salad on top was chefs kiss! Honestly such a great spot overall.
Tonkatsu ramen is a little bland, could use some salt. Otherwise everything else was good. Servers are friendly and atmosphere is clean and furnished. Dishes are more Chinese than Japanese and the rice dishes are good. Our favorite was the sushi salad which was full-flavored.
