Nice ice cream, expensive compared to other places for a cup, but it's a capital tourist location, so it's expected. But the rolls are good and nice small comfy place.
16 customers walked in on Puerto Rico Constitution Day (public holiday). One poor guy taking orders AND making the ice cream.
Owners need to do better. But that has been the theme of our vacation to Puerto Rico….. High prices, low quality. There is no value.
Super fun ice cream rolls but I feel as if they are just a little bit not as flavorful as they could be. Servers are nice and I love their steampunk themed decorations!!
If I could give it 0 stars i would. We walked in looked at the menu. We weren't even greeted. The lady behind the counter was on the phone. I stood ready to order for a few minutes before she acknowledged me. My daughter fell off a chair (the back of it was broken) she didn't even ask if she was ok. My husband brought the chair to her & told her what happened she pushed it to the side and continued her call on the phone. The ice cream tasted expired. We tossed it out as we walked out.
We were so thrilled to see there is a rolled ice here in San Juan!!!! Took guava cheesecake and it was great!!! Totally forgot to take a photo before I ate it lol:) They also have a Jenga game we played while waiting on our order.
