Their cookies aren’t worthy.. I would suggest to change the name since it seems is supposed to be the main thing.
The sandwich and coffee are great I would definitely go back to try again.

me and my girlfriend ate here so much during our week long vacation, and it was fantastic every time. we ordered everything from breakfast to dessert. the staff are incredibly friendly (every single one of them), and don’t let it being called “ice cream & cookie co” fool you– this place does fantastic with every food they offer!
I ordered avocado toast with 4 eggs scrambled. The toast was not toast, and not good. The avocado was puree to cut down on the amount of avocado. The 4 eggs was the equivalent of one egg, scrambled hard and cold. I paid 23 dollars for 1 cold scrambled egg and some avocado puree. Tasteless. I do not recommend trying to get good food here. It's probably ok if you want ice cream because they can't screw that up.

Coffee is local only and sustainably produced!
They have breakfast sandwiches including bagels..
Be sure to try the local bread baked fresh onsite daily.
If you want to be treated like a third world citizen and not be appreciated come here. These trashy people found it amusing to curse us out in Spanish because we wanted the cookie 🍪 that’s apart of the resort fee!
