The people here are very nice, engaging, proffessional and make the experience very familiar, like you know them. Amazing quality of ice cream, so smooth and every flavor is delicious• Do Not miss treating yourself if you're in Ponce!
No clue why the place is highly rated. We tried the chocolate and coconut flavors, and both were extremely disappointing—there was barely any flavor. The prices were reasonable, but the texture of the ice cream was more like shaved ice than actual ice cream.
King’s Cream is an ice cream shop with a good variety of flavors, although the place itself is quite small and can feel cramped when it gets busy. However, their Passion Fruit flavor is an absolute gem, striking the perfect balance between sweet and tangy—definitely a must-try.
What really takes away from the experience is the customer service. It’s not the best, as you often have to wait for the employees to finish their conversations before they acknowledge you, and when they do, their attitude isn’t always the friendliest. If they improved in that area, it would definitely be a much more enjoyable place to visit.
If you enjoy artisanal ice cream this is the place. This high quality small batch product is phenomenal. It is obviously the fresh and natural ingredients produce a satisfying experience. We had the cream of coconut and the almond. It left us with the desire to go and get more. It is a small shop with little to no seating BUT with the square right across the street a bench under a tree is a perfect place to enjoy this treat.
Great tasting homemade ice creams. They also have vegan friendly fruity options.
The cost tends to be on the higher end for the small cup they provide.
