One of the best ice cream/gelato I’ve had in the island! I’m a local been to many ice cream shops but this place reminds me of Amarino in NYC! Fine ingredients and the ambience is top shelf! And the price is great! I had the strawberry cheesecake and butterfinger and I must say BOTH ARE A 10/10! If you want fine quality ice cream at a great price this is the spot!
This place surprised me way more than I expected—I walked in thinking I’d grab “just one little thing” and ended up leaving like I’d gone on a full-blown shopping spree. The flavor selection is so tempting that choosing just one feels almost as hard as picking a new Netflix show to start. And it’s not just ice cream—there’s cheesecake, tiramisu, and flan, which basically means my imaginary diet didn’t stand a chance. I went for an espresso ice cream with a ham and cheese croissant, a combo as unlikely as dancing salsa to rock music… but it totally worked. The spot itself is cozy, with couches perfect for chatting with friends and prices so reasonable you can’t help but say, “eh, I’ll get another.” The staff’s energy was so great that even the street parking and the line that formed after I arrived couldn’t wipe the smile off my face—and the fact that they take contactless payments was the cherry on top. No question, I’ll be back.
I’m not sure if it’s typical for ice cream shops to be open and bustling at night, but this one was—and it was a pleasant surprise. Everything we tried was high-quality and delicious. Grabbing a scoop and strolling through Ponce made for a perfect way to take in the views.
One of the best Ice cream shops on the island??? Maybe the Caribbean? Perhaps. Great flavors, nice staff, crazy scoops for the price. Highly recommend.
It was late afternoon when we came in on a weekday. Pretty quiet. Very friendly and helpful. I got the raspberry sorbet in the waffle cone with marshmallow drizzle. Very good. I wished I could of tried the afogato.
