a month agoI had a fantastic experience with Eduardo as our tour guide at El Yunque today. He really made the whole trip very fun and engaging. From the moment we started, he brought such great energy and made everyone feel comfortable. He shared so many interesting facts and stories about the rainforest—things we would’ve never noticed on our own. You could tell he truly loves what he does and cares about giving people a memorable experience. Whether it was helping us through the trails, pointing out hidden waterfalls, or explaining the history and ecology of the forest, he kept us entertained and informed the whole way. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone visiting—he turned a beautiful hike into something unforgettable.

5 months agoOne of the best tour experiences I have ever had. Such a great environment and tour guide. He told us to call him “Tour guide” But I did hear someone call him “Flaco” BUT he was the most awesome tour guide. He made us laugh and made sure we were safe the entire experience. He was super duper knowledgeable on the nearby areas and just was a overall cool dude. Would definitely recommend this tour because it was visually amazing, had water rock slides and cliffs to jump from. I promise at first you’ll be nervous but the tour guide builds your confidence to be able to take the leap and slide snd jump from the rocks. It was very safe as we were given life vests and instructions for literally everything. Lots of good vibes and energy. Worth the money.

a month agoThe walking tour of Old San Juan was a great visual and informative journey. Our tour guide Michelle was kind, courteous, and professional. She definitely shared her proud knowledge of Puerto Rico with our group and made my respect for the Puerto Rican culture more solidified.

a month agoWe did the Casual One Tour today and it was awesome! Tony was the best guide, he played great music in the van and kept things lively. The waterfall slides and beach were beautiful and fun. 10/10 for the day!

a week agoGreat tour. The guide Tony made the trip fun. He kept us safe. Just follow his instructions. Bust picked us up at the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient
