Super friendly have been visiting them everytime I go to Puerto Rico since 1989, I live in St. Croix Virgin Islands. And always swing by to get my to go Tripletas before returning home. Deliciosas! Thank You guys, see you soon.
I live in the USA now, but I grew up in Bayamon and graduated from the high school in pueblo Bayamon. This truck has been there for almost 50 years. And every time I visit PR, I make sure I make my stop here, and I have to say their tripletas still kick it and are the best in the entire island of PR. Just to say, on my way to the airport, I grab one for my trip.
When you say Tripleta in Puerto Rico, it is almost the same thing as saying Tripletas Edward!
These guys have been here forever!
They were one of the first if not the first to offer this type of sandwich to the public. Pioneers and innovators in the now wide spread food truck sandwich market.
They still stick to their tradition of making most of their products fresh and from scratch. They make their own juices, and they make most of their own meats like the roasted pork, and cubed steak that go into their sandwiches.
No wonder they have a fast sell-out almost everyday.
So if you don't want to miss out, then don't wait to visit after 12:00pm - 1:00pm because it is very likely they would have sold out everything by then.
