I was really impressed with the doctors and the nurses at this office. Surprised they don’t have more reviews. My dog needed to have two or three growths removed which were very concerning. The doctor was extremely well informed, educated, and extremely fluent in English which was helpful for me. There weren’t any awkward situations. Only high-quality service. He actually found another growth that ended up being a melanoma so he very well could have saved my dogs life. Very thorough. Very intelligent. And very good at their job. Highly recommend.
I took my pet to the "drop-off" service, and they performed a bunch of procedures on him without consulting me, only to charge me almost $500 in the end. On top of this, they don't provide medication even though my pet already has a diagnosed condition, and they tell me I have to keep going back to the vet so they can charge me for the visit even though they prescribe the exact same thing again.
Finally, they tell me you have to come back in just 14 days to have all the procedures done again and/or charge me for another visit, even though my pet supposedly has had a medical record with them for years, and they always prescribe the same thing and know what he has.
Excellent service, all staff treat pets with love and passion. Dr. Ferrer explains very well, conveys a lot of confidence and it is clear that he has an encyclopedic knowledge of veterinary medicine. The facilities are very nice too.
