Exceptional service at Condado Veterinary Hospital! My Yorkie Lara became very ill during our stay in Puerto Rico. An early morning call led to immediate care as she needed hospitalization. Dr. Ayxa Rosado Martínez explained the diagnosis and each step of Lara's care- showing compassion for her health as well as my concerns. Additionally, Veterinary technicians Fefa and Eva took great care to communicate additional questions and concerns during Lara's visits. I'm beyond thankful for the quality care and compassion shown during a stressful time from the entire staff. Lara has made a full recovery!

I have been going to Dr Cordova for three years- since I rescued my sato. Excellent Dr and staff! I have been here often due to my dog having several emergencies I have always received excellent service at a fair price. My dog loves the Dr even after treatment for a dog bite. Despite my limited availability, the clinic was incredibly flexible and understanding, working with me to accommodate my schedule amidst hospital visits and other commitments. Their willingness to perform almost emergency surgery on short notice allowed us to leave the island on time, and I am forever thankful for their help. The staff's genuine care and concern for Renata's well-being was evident throughout the entire process, and I was consistently impressed by their professionalism and kindness. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, Renata is recovering wonderfully, and I couldn't be more relieved. I highly recommend Condado Veterinary Hospital to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care with a personal touch. Dr. Martínez and the staff here are wonderful! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. We are visiting from the states and took our dog here for an issue with her eye. We felt very confident in the doctor’s advice & treatment. Dr. Martinez went above and beyond to ask her colleagues for their input on my dog’s health issue. Everyone is very professional, the facility is very clean, providing top-notch healthcare. They have a great selection of dog food like Royal Canin and Hills Science Diet. Overall such a positive experience! Thank you to the team here for your incredible work.

New ownership lacks compassion and regard for animals well being with a concern only for $. This can not be brushed off as a Deptartment of Health regulation. This office denied honoring a refill on a documented “lifetime needed” medication. They never gave notice of change in ownership and staff to get any needed authorization prior to needing this refill (and one refill was still left from prior prescription only authorization was needed). To make matters even worse one staff member requested expensive new tests be taken and sent to their office to be able to “approve a refill” and after all that was completed the owner said even with all that it wasn’t possible. And yet even with knowing they wouldn’t approve the “lifetime needed” refill they still charged for an “appointment fee”.
