They decided to close the office an hour early, on a Friday, at the end of the month. No announcement, nothing on Google maps, so countless people are wasting their time driving in rush hour traffic just to be told to come back another day. No one answers the phone, so it's like the 1800s, you have to show up in person to get answers... if they happen to be open during their posted hours. Updated: I initially gave one star; when I came back another day, and I was seen, the staff was friendly, helpful, and fast.

I've been having a tough time reaching anyone at the Recursos Naturales government agency in Puerto Rico. Despite making 12 calls on one occasion, 10 the next day, and 20 times over two weeks, I haven't been able to speak to anyone or even leave a message. This level of inefficiency and disrespect is unacceptable. I'm keen to know how this agency operates and who is in charge. I believe this matter needs to be escalated to higher authorities.

The best time to do business there is first thing in the morning 7:30am. I was there for licence and two registrations and I was out in 30 minutes.

They don't answer the phone making it difficult for people that lives in the country . They hang up !!!!! PR lo hace mejor
