Service and real kindness was found here, they make our DMV look like robots! I don’t speak much Spanish, but they had an interpreter on staff to help me. I regret not taking pictures for this review!
got renovation in 15 min. Everyone was helpful. Was able to fix any issues right in my cubicle. Experience SOOOO different from Carolina. wroth the drive
Never in the USA have I ever had such a terrible experience and wait! PUERTO RICO LO HACE PEOR! Why they bother to give appointments if they don't plan on servicing you until you've waited 5 hours after your appointment time!

a year agoDeteriorated building and lack of maintenance. unfinished doors, incomplete paint job, broken vinyl on the floor, broken ceiling tiles and more.
