The parking for the Auto Expreso office is almost non- existing. It's ridiculous that the guard there makes you pay $5.00 dollars just to park to go in a public office. I feel this office should move their location to a different place where a person can go and use the facilities without the hassle of having to get up at the earliest hour. I got there at 6:50am and was #35 in líne and it was a terrible parking experience
You need to come to this location with a lot of patience. The employees are nice but they are way too relaxed and way too slow. I’ve only ever had to come here for pick ups and it’s a a shame I have to wait with barely anyone in line for over 30 minutes. They don’t answer the phone either so if you are expecting a fedex package, pray that they leave it at your door.
Clean and nice building, but sooo slow the waiting process to do something very simple. Hours in the waiting and 5 minutes of having done the service. Waste of time!
