Probably THE worst call center to work for. You will be a slave to the phones, they barely offer benefits. They do not care about paying holidays and if you are on the dedicated department they force you to be off on holidays without pay and no options to compensate for those days. They do not care about their employees and will absolutely retaliate against you if you stand up for yourself. Corporate is always fighting and bickering amongst themselves in front of the employees because none of them can ever agree on anything. Be very careful applying to work here or if you can avoid it altogether, even better.

Terrible place to work, I was a supervisor there and I can tell you the place is unprofessional, morally corrupt, and loves to deal in the shady side of the business. 0/10 if I could give it. Just for reference, I have been trying to inquire about my PTO hours & trying to get a letter from the company stating I have since departed & have not heard back from anyone in HR over a week and a half even after constant calling & messages & email.……… You do with that as you will. Terrible TERRIBLe place to work! Will treat you like garbage and will always tell others that you are being “praised”. DO NOT GO TO THIs PLACE TO WORK!!! FAIR WARNING!!!! 🛑 🛑 🛑
