They were super friendly and quick but they were my last hope to recover my hard drive and laptop that crashed randomly after 10 years and were unable to figure it out! They were the 3rd shop I went to so it’s not their fault, everyone said they are the best of the best

Every time, they have been able to manage repairs within reasonable time. They are very respectful. I really like their honesty regarding availability of parts and dependence on third parties (like manufacturers, distributors and carriers). They have always solved my computer problems!!!

My experiences have been terrible. Square trade Hired them so they can serve us in P.R. and instead of the company Virtual consultants doing there best to maintain their contract with square trade they have the same tactics. I sent 2 laptops with excellent hard drives the first time and they changed thwm both amd did not fix the real issues . Ever since I have had to send it various times. I am going througj it again they sent the computer half fixed and of course the hardrive was damaged again of one of thw laptops.I wish they would really perform well so squaretrade can continue to support local technician yet letw see what happens I have to send it again
