If your needing dumpster/roll off service, Look else where!
Piss poor service/no interaction/if there’s a problem/issue you won’t find out until you dig in after the fact why you didn’t get serviced. In a construction/retail/mall environment it’s tough enough but when you call for service, your not calling for next week, more than likely your needing it now. More things on a construction site revolves on “service”, like I stated, they’ve been piss poor service.

Hangs up on people, transfers calls or leaves you on hold to never return.
Absolutely do not deal with this company!
I had a terrible experience with this company. The customer service is terrible: they do not comply with the waste collection contract and I constantly have to be behind them to do their job. Additionally, during one of the few services they provided, they tore up the artificial grass on my property, leaving a huge hole.
I sent an email reporting the damage and no one responded. After multiple calls, an employee finally told me that the supervisor indicated that they would not be held responsible.
Honestly, it has been the worst company I have ever had contact with. I don't recommend it at all.
