It was our first time jet skiing so we were a little nervous but the staff explained everything very well and were very kind and helpful. We did the 1 hour option and we had a great time. It was pretty fun and I 100% recommend!
Once more, we traveled to the Island and had to rent these jetski! Even though the rain tried to ruin the experience, the guys were very accommodating and escorted us to another spot, Peña Blanca, where the sun was bright! We spent the time there. The crew are always attentive and on point supervising the ride, always communicating with you, kuddos!!! When thr time was up, we headed back to Rompeolas, where it was raining cats and dogs 🥴
I don't care what anyone says. It was the easiest in and out signing the waivers etc and then getting ready for the crash course on the jet skis. Jerry is the man and will take you further then where you can if you weren't by yourself. At the end we ended up seeing dolphins. A++ Experience. Don't look anywhere else. The freedom you get from here is what you want. However with police having a presence near the boat/jet ski drop-off. It is asked not to do 360° or hard 180°'s. It risks the operator a ticket that will be paid by the operator and not the company.
If you are in Aguadilla and want to have the best time of your life you need to rent with Ocean Water Sports. Super friendly, affordable and brand new Jet skis! They educate you of the do’s and don’ts and for them safety is first! My family and I had a blast!
LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
1. We scheduled for 3pm we had to wait until 4pm. That’s 1 hours late unacceptable the other people were upset about it too.
2. They gave my wife a broken jets ski with no neutral or reverse. I asked them to replace and they said I needed to take it because they didn’t have any so I took it since I’m more experience than my wife. But I’m sure that if I had an accident due to that I would have had to pay for it.
3. At 4:50pm they were already telling us time was up. Mind you they were 2 hours late. They short us 10 minutes.
Do not recommend. We gave them a chance after using aguadilla water sports and it’s not worth it. Go see my guy William next to them with the yellow jet skis
