Beautiful Body Esthetic & Spa

Staff was friendly but the place did not feel hygienic. Ironically enough it reeks of bleach (gave me a migraine and burned my eyes). They use the same personal tools for pedicures (cuticle nipper). Too expensive for the mid experience. The full body massage was amazing though, and the masseuse was very nice. I have had better experiences in way cheaper spas in Bayamón with nice eucalyptus scent all around.

They were punctual and clean, although when I got into the jacuzzi the water was not even warm and it had a clorox pool floater inside. We switched to the steamer room and I thought it was off because it didn’t feel warm, when I presented the concern they stated it was on. Lost hope on the steamer and jacuzzi and decided to rinse off, guess what… No hot water, not even warm! It was cold, so I couldn’t even rinse off. I had a facial and overall the facial was good, like any other facial. I was disappointed.

Unfortunately, my manicure was a disaster. The ionic detox and the pedicure was ok. But the manicure 3 days at the beach embarrassed by the awful look of them. If you need to travel and want to be pretty… I’m sorry I can’t recommend their Manicure. Deeply disappointed. Staff very nice, nice environment. Expensive and not lasting manicure was my experience. Gonna cry! The transition of my disaster. Was relaxing there but not the aftermath. The employee was extremely attentive. I really think was the products not the Technician.

Peter is great at his job. I love his pedicure..he is very professional and cute your nails how you wanted not like other places they cut too much or not enough.

I recently visited Beautiful Body in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. While I was expecting a relaxing and professional spa treatment, what I received was anything but that. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in—no greeting, no smile, just an overall unpleasant attitude. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to even answer my basic questions about the treatments. The service itself was a disaster. I paid for a specific treatment, but the results were far from what was promised. It seemed rushed and poorly done, as if they were more focused on getting me out the door than providing quality care. For a place that promotes itself as an upscale aesthetic spa, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was shocking. I would not recommend Beautiful Body to anyone looking for a quality spa experience. With the rude staff and the terrible job they did, it was a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!
