I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First, you have to wait for an hour in the parking lot just to reach the gate, followed by another 40+ minutes for a trolley to take you to the main entrance. And for what? To see birds and butterflies? Then, you take a cable car back to the main entrance—and that’s it. Overall, not a great experience.
Amazing experience! Booked as shore excursion during cruise on honeymoon. Staff were professional and ensured everyone had a safe and fun time! We would do again without question! Estelle was a great guide!
At the time of arrival there is only one bus to transport hundreds of students. They should have at least 4 buses so that it flows better. There is a lot of disorder and there are no employees
