It is important to hold those responsible accountable for their actions and take necessary actions to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.
Furthermore, it is essential to create and implement robust laws and regulations to protect animals from neglect and abandonment. This should include regular inspections and evaluations of zoos, wildlife parks, and other animal sanctuaries to ensure that they comply with established standards of animal welfare. There should also be penalties and consequences for institutions and individuals who fail to provide adequate care and attention to animals under their care.
Those animals are in bad condition, take them to their natural habitat and let them be free if you are not going to take good care of them, or else I myself will go and report you for negligence and animal abuse.
It was a beautiful place when I visited it more than 30 years ago. After several unfortunate events, management turned it into what it is today, the worst place for those defenseless and unfortunate animals who suffer and die slowly day by day. The lack of food and proper care turned it into what it is today. Thank God the feds intervened and rescued the few animals that remained.
