Had an amazing stay! Everyone was super friendly and the vibe was just right. Loved the little details, room was spotless, air felt super fresh, and they even had a water station with sparkling water, which was such a nice touch. Drinks were popping and the whole experience felt really well thought out. Would 100% stay again.

The property has a nice boutique feel, but the experience did not match the price. I paid $766.78 for two nights ($347 per night) and was extremely disappointed. At check-in, my room was not even ready by the stated 4 p.m. check-in time, and no one explained the amenities, where they were located, their hours, or any details about the on-site restaurants. The room curtain was extremely dusty, which made the space feel poorly maintained. Basic essentials were also missing there were no mugs or proper glasses, not even large enough for me to take my medicine. Only tiny matcha cups and fragile glass cups were provided, which were not suitable for hot water or practical daily use. The pool was dirty at 8AM. Contacts on the side of the pool and drinks and the bar doesn’t even open until later. The front desk was difficult to reach; I had to leave my room every time I needed assistance. Worst of all, there was loud construction beginning at 7 a.m. every morning, and we were never notified this would be happening. It was impossible to sleep, and for the price paid, this was unacceptable. I have stayed at many luxury hotels, many boutique properties, and traveled extensively, and this by far has been the worst one. For the cost, I expected much better cleanliness, communication, and basic service. The property looks pretty from the outside, but the reality was frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend staying here save your money, there are much better hotels.

Location was good with it being beachfront between San Juan & el yunque/fajarda marina area. Bartenders & food staff were nice & helpful. The room had been renovated but you can tell it wasn’t done the best, paint on the windows not nicely finished, spacing/cracks in bathroom, sheets & towels had holes. Room was always set very cold despite our adjustment each day to our higher desire every time we came back the cleaning staff changed it. Front desk staff were not helpful in resolving an issue of the valet taking over 40 minutes to get our car which resulted in us missing our activity at the Bacardi factory & being unable to reschedule. Initially no one was helpful in resolving the issue or willing to give us our refund. Manager said they would give us a refund after making a big deal about it. TV constantly buffering impossible to watch & wifi hardly ever worked. Was on the 6th floor & noisy at night, construction noise at 7 AM (despite being told there wasn’t any construction prior to booking). I noted when accidently pushing the wrong button on the elevator the 4th floor is still in fact being renovated at the very least. Next door there is a molded run down building n which completely ruined the partial beach view. Also for a resort fee they don’t have enough umbrellas or staff on the beach to assist. Very disappointed in my experience at this hotel & would not recommend.

This was a very nice boutique hotel. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the housekeeper. The rooms look exactly like the picture but the views aren’t really what I thought. The exterior windows need to be cleaned but aside from that…everything was amazing. If you are in a room next to the elevator…you will here is slightly at night.

This hotel was beautiful. However, it was smaller than I expected, but very clean, cozy, and welcoming with a lovely view. Our room was spotless and refreshed while we were out, and the entire building smelled amazing. The hotel restaurant was also beautiful. Although the menu was limited, my fiancé and I both enjoyed our meals. The staff went above and beyond. When our 3 a.m. flight was delayed, they kindly reactivated our room key so we could rest, and even held our bags after checkout. The only downside was another guest smoking marijuana, which briefly disrupted the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with excellent service, and we’d definitely come back.
