The spa itself is beautiful and the services were excellent, but unfortunately the front desk Manager ruined the experience. She tried to make a cold sale, and when my mother declined, she treated her with a rude and angry attitude in front of the staff.

I often go to get my hair dried. Recently went for massage and body glow/scrub and it was very nice.

This is my first time here and the last one. After booking space with more than two months, to redeem my gift package with four service, after third, the associate got me and leave me in dressing room. When make a question for my fourth service, said that was a mistake and don’t have space to make the service. I was responsible to make my space with time and confirm as required, but they don’t have the same responsibility. The massages and facial were good (7/10) I prefer others Spa visited previously

The ladies on the front desk are hilarious and also very kind and patient. My first massage ever and it was amazing. Gabriella was my massagist today and she was amazing. Hit right on the spot also her voice was very soothing and calm. All the ladies working here are so kind and patient. If i need to visit Puerto Rico again this will for sure be my place to go for a massage
