5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!
Our stay at Combate Beach Resort was absolutely amazing! We visited from South Carolina, with our two boys (ages 10 and 1), and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities were excellent everything was super clean, well-kept, and very family-friendly. The pool was a highlight for us beautiful, safe, and spotless, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.
One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach, there’s a gate right behind the resort that takes you on a short walk straight to the sand! It made beach trips with the kids so convenient.
We felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Highly recommend this resort to families looking for a fun and relaxing escape!
I travel at least 4 or 5 times per year. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in different countries, and I honestly say, this everything they advertise and much more. The location is amazing!! The service is impeccable, and the staff is excellent! The manager (Pollo) is very friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back!

The room was cozy, but could use a bit of improvement - a dresser would be a nice addition. The AC was a bit noisy due to vibrations, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
Despite a few minor quirks, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel. With a couple of tweaks, it could be truly exceptional 👌
It’s in a great location but the rooms lack lots of the basic features that you come to expect in a hotel of this price point anywhere in the world. My room had no tissues (Kleenex) in the bathroom, or electrical outlets I could use for charging anywhere near the bed, or a luggage stand, or even a telephone I could use to call the reception to ask a question.
The staff is friendly but the lack of attention to the rooms is tiring.
The staff are all outstanding, courteous and professional. The property is a bit dated, and the rooms could definitely use a refresh. The pool area is lovely and clean. Access to the beach is easy and the beach very enjoyable. Overall, this property has a lot of potential!
