Five stars for Juan Carlos and his excellent service. For four years he has repaired our lemon fridge that should have been replaced with over 12 service calls within this period and this was denied several times by your team. Unfortunately this was my last time I renew the service. The reason I purchase a maintenance plan is in case is needed expecting never have to use it not to keep the defective equipment surviving every four months.
The service technician was very nice but the charges were extremely expensive. I was charged for a diagnosis which amounted to 129 and then for the actual work it only amounted to him aligning the washer because it was crooked that cost me $70 just for that. So in the long run I was overcharged. Five star for technician who came and zero star for the alleged work that was done.
