Horrible service and extremely unprofessional! The worst I've ever had to deal with. I understand about scheduling, that's not the issue. Its the rudeness of employees and the lack of follow through. I've had this issue for two weeks and had to call in multiple times and each time dealing with unprofessional and rude staff. And after reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one!
RUDE.
Guy annoyed by the call
put me on hold twice. Then took the call to answer to every question with a rude and annoyed Yes or No.
Did not seem to want my business,
so I told him so.
I had an appointment for Tuesday. This was confirmed both by email and by text. It was a warranty repair. On Monday, the repair person called Kate in the afternoon to say they were in my neighborhood to fix it now. However, they didn't actually call me: they called an old number in my file which was of my former employee. That person immediately texted me and I called and received no answer. I also texted. No answer. I emailed the company again to see what happened. Their response was "we were available today (not the scheduled day) and did not know when [they] could be back " incredibly unprofessional. I hope Samsung stops sending them warranty repairs.
New review 2/23/2023, another technician came Jose, now fixed the washer, it was a cut wire under the washer that came from the store. Mr. Jose replaced the wire and part that was cut, which came from the store. So far washer is working. Thank you Jose. For some reason not able to do a new page review
Jan Sotomayor and partner from Ponce, PR. was outstanding, and very professional. Jan found the problem and fixed the issue. In addition he showed me where the problem was. He explained and demonstrated how to work the washer, with the different cycles. Thank you, for sending an outstanding technician.
