My mother hired this place to diagnose her washing machine. They arrived, but couldn't identify the problem and ultimately claimed it was the control panel. They offered to sell her a supposedly new analog washing machine for $501. However, when they brought it, it turned out to be an old one. When my mother complained, they responded that a new analog washing machine costs $1,400, making it clear they were trying to scam her. When she refused to buy it, they had the nerve to charge her $60 for the visit and, to top it all off, left a damaged part of the washing machine unattached. It's unfortunate to deal with such dishonest people.
Do not use their services; they are not people of integrity.

In this place... I live in Florida. I took my 86-year-old mother to buy her used washing machine because she doesn't like modern ones. This place is a place where they steal your money. They don't have manners. My mother's apartment filled with water. Thank God I was there, otherwise, what would have become of her? She lives on the second floor. This is the third time in a week, or rather, in several days of having the washing machine that I had to call her saying the washing machine was broken. My mother got sick, the precision was raised. They didn't care at all. Today, June 26, 2023, after personally telling me that they would return my mother's money, they refused. And not only that, they charged the money from the credit card without permission, yes, without permission. The person was told not to collect the money until they returned the washing machine and the washing machine was working properly. Theft, but that's what lawyers are for because they don't stay that way. They are scoundrels. This is not a place you want to buy anything. Don't go near this place.
