I lost a brand new (maybe 4 minutes old) pair of $200 sunglasses walking around this store, left & made a couple of purchases before realizing I had lost them... I frantically searched every store I shopped at with no luck. Fortunately, the manager at Kokomo put them behind the counter, they could have easily taken them, instead they saved them for me! thank you so much team As for the selection of merchandise, absolutely excellent, they have every beach brand name you can think of, in all of the best styles. I bought myself two pairs of surf shorts & 1 pair for my son. Very happy with our purchases

You won’t find a good shopping experience at this place. I came looking for a few pieces. I couldn’t try on clothes due to the pandemic so I had to purchase and try them at the hotel, dissatisfied with the pieces I returned to the store and they wouldn’t give me my money back only a credit and they won’t take back swimwear, really? Managers are not helpful. They are constantly watching and breathing down your neck forcing people to accept they’re help. Terrible customer service!

It's a brand store located inside Plaza Las Americas, so prices will be much higher than you'd like unless you're into pricey, flashy dressing. I went as a last resort looking for comfortable shorts. Even though we went day before Christmas, we got out pretty fast. Can't really say employees are nice or professional. My husband was standing outside of the dressing rooms holding shorts for me while I was changing back into my clothes when one of the female employees stopped in front of my husband and said "you do know those are for women, don't you? No one should care. Much less, the employees who are there only for customer service and not customer judgment. The cashier was neither nice nor bad, just plain. Can't really recommend the store to anyone, but I guess I did finally find the shorts.

Once you buy, there is no refund but a certificate card. Constantly watching customers, feel uncomfortable.

First time I’ve been to a store and at the fitting room they give you a warning that if something happens to the clothes, if they break or get stained, I have to pay for them.
