I was excited to try this salon as I read a lot of good reviews and it was easy to book online. As I walked in, i was overwhelmed by the strong smell of fumes. The salon itself is very cute and well decorated though. I booked deluxe pedicure which was $65, quite expensive compared to other places but i was excited as it was supposed to include a few things. I never got any mud masque and massage of legs and feet barely lasted 2 min each, even thought advertised as 10 min. The technician was very nice and she did good job with painting my nails but I wasn’t given any time to let them dry and no fan was used to help to dry them. She didn’t help me put my sandals back on to avoid ruining the nails. Usually that’s done before nails get painted unless salon provides disposable slippers. The whole procedure took less than one hour which I was surprised as usually it takes longer with all the steps and I was looking for a longer relaxation experience. And of course when I got home, i accidentally hit a leg of a chair with my toe and the paint got scratched off so easily, meaning it didn’t have time to dry. So after $80 including tip, I got left more frustrated than relaxed and had to fix my toenail later. Definitely overpriced and service is not delivered the same way as advertised.
Visited Rosita Nail Salon before my wedding in Rincón for a pedicure and acrylic nail manicure. Aljay was my nail
tech and she’s a true artist. She takes care about every detail. My chrome French manicure style nails look exactly as the photos I showed her, and they are perfect for my wedding day. I definitely recommend her services and would visit her again. Thank you, Aljay! 🇵🇷🌴🐸🌸🌊💕
My bridal party and I wanted fancy nails for the big day, so we got a variety of services including acrylics, gel extensions, pedicures, and brow lamination. Everything turned out lovely (especially the foot/calf massages with the pedi!) When we arrived we even had complimentary champagne and a sash to celebrate. Thank you Jenni and everyone at Rosita’s.
We’re in Rincon on a family trip. My daughter wanted to get her nails done. We found Rosita’s on google. My daughter got exactly what she wanted!!! I also decide to get a manicure. We are both super happy with the nails. The ladies working during our visit were absolutely fantastic!!! Highly recommend this place! They all made us feel super comfortable! Thank you!
I recently visited this nail salon, and while there were definitely some positives, my overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
The salon itself is very nice—super clean, well-decorated, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, close to the town center, though parking can be a challenge. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which I really appreciated.
However, I was surprised by how long my services took and the overall cost. My gel manicure (including removal of my previous gel) started at 10:40 AM and wasn’t finished until 1:30 PM—nearly three hours, which is excessive. The price was $76 for this basic service, much higher than I’ve ever paid anywhere else, in any state or other country. My pedicure was $50, and while it was nice, there was minimal cuticle work and no massage. I was given the pedicure lotion to take home and apply myself, which was totally unexpected.
In total, I spent four hours in the salon and paid $136 (not including tip) for a mani-pedi. While the ambiance and staff were nice, I personally feel the pricing is too high for the value received. I really wanted to love this place, especially because of its location. Unfortunately, unless the pricing becomes more reasonable, I wont be able to return.
