Fresh ingredients are the protagonists of Sama. We ordered 6 plates, all excellent. Service was professional. The cocktail selection is nice, we even got a custom mocktail made. The tuna plate was the star.

The best restaurant on the east side of the island and maybe one of the best on the island. My wife and I went at opening time so we could get bar seats. The staff behind the bar couldn't have been a better duo. Emmanuel kept us entertained all evening and had the best recommendations.The food was let's say next level amazing. The pork and octopus were cooked perfectly. But let tell you, this is one of those restaurants you must save room for dessert . I mean you must save room for dessert. The Spanish cheesecake might be the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. The bread pudding was to die for. God they were good. I can't recommend this place enough. Go beg for a table if you can.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful beachfront restaurant in Luquillo. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning decor — every detail was thoughtfully done, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a special place to enjoy a great meal. The owner himself greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. He was extremely cordial and even came by our table during dinner to personally check in on us, which we really appreciated. Our server, Joma, was outstanding — she was very knowledgeable about the menu and could easily explain all the ingredients, helping us make the best choices. We started with an off-menu appetizer of grilled octopus, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. For our entrees, we had the picanha, the steak and frites, and the branzino fish. Every dish was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The vegetables served with the dishes were crispy and fresh — a nice touch that showed the care put into every plate. We were too full to try dessert, but based on the rest of our experience, we’re sure it would have been just as amazing. This is definitely a restaurant we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, and one we will absolutely return to. We also really appreciated how open and understanding the owner was when we shared some feedback. It’s clear that they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Exquisite food, beautiful view, a great find. We had a wonderful lunch, look forward to our next visit. Every dish was delicious but special for me was the plantain soup with fried codfish, PR plus!

I highly recommend this restaurant. It is truly a hidden gem. The decor is very nice and modern. Food has been delicious. Drinks were amazing. The staff has been very attentive. Will definitely visit again.
