I'm very disappointed. I scheduled a tax consultation, and it was confirmed via email that the meeting would be held via MS Teams. The person never called in, nor did anyone get back to me on the meeting.

Enjoyed the convenience of making my appointment on line. Once there I received a cordial welcome and proceeded to be seated at Rebeca’s desk shortly afterwards. Rebeca took her time to make sure I understood the process and that all the possible deductions were entered. She made me feel at ease and welcomed.

This is my third time using the service, however, this year was a disaster. I had three W2 and the person assisting me was completely distracted. She didn’t introduce herself and never paid attention to my specific circumstances. My case was complicated and her mistakes almost cost me having to pay Hacienda over 8k. They charged me $98.00 and I received notification from hacienda that I had a mathematical error. Finally I had to find another accountant that had to fix everything and resubmitted my takes. This accountant saved me 4K just by paying attention and working on my account in details. I will never use their service again.
