I was curious to see this facility for long time . Finally I got an appointment during the holidays on one of their services. I was probably expecting a spa ambience but was disappointed , instead was more of a doctor visit. I didn’t receive a warm welcome nor did I receive any detailed information on the service I was about to receive. I was their for the first time. My experience was very painful as I did not receive any numbing cream before application. It was a rush rush atmosphere to get you out
