I had the same negative customer service experience. I relocated from New York City a few years ago. My plastic surgeons office was kind and welcoming. The ladies here could not have been more transactional and dismissive. I was blown away by their rudeness When I walked out they laughed. I’d like to go back as it’s close to my home but after reading the similar experiences and the antiseptic reply this is obviously the character of the office. So disappointing. Like going to Super Max for cosmetic surgery
