Really raty place with worn dated furniture. The A/C unit is extremely loud, so you need earplugs to sleep. The ultimate letdown is the roaches. It's not bigger than a matchbox and sparsely equipped for more than a one day stay. Very hard to access without calling for help. The location is the only plus. 5 thumbs down! Buyer beware!!!
I stayed at Coco Mar in Isla Verde through a Meraki listing and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and just steps from the beach. You really can’t beat the location: safe area, close to restaurants, the airport, and right on the water.
Meraki made everything super easy. Check-in was smooth, communication was fast, and the space was well taken care of. I’d definitely book with them again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill beachfront stay in Isla Verde!
This place was nothing like the photos. air conditioning was too loud view was not what it was in foto, customer service was horrible, cable was off at 8 am, could not get into lockbox, just not what I expected.
The worst room I ever had, very dirty smell bad, and mold everywhere no curtain on the window when the sun comes up, you feel like you are sleeping on the street..we were shocked when we arrived and opened the door, the price was very expensive for 2 night we payed almost 200 euros for 2 nights I’m sorry but 10 euro it’s to much for this room. We contacted the owner to change the room, He didn’t answer anymore..so sad I don’t suggest anyone to get cheated by booking this room by coco mar.
This AirBNB will not be my first choice when returning. There was no hot water in the shower. The cable did bid not connect so the television on the wall was a decoration at Best. Sent an email to the person stating so but received no response. They were quick to answer though when it was time to make arrangements and accept payment. In my opinion, definitely not worth it. Apartment 311.
