Our stay at Copamarina was peaceful and relaxing. The resort is beautifully located by the water, with well-kept grounds and quiet beaches perfect for unwinding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed the on site and nearby local dining. You’d absolutely need a car to get around. If you’re looking for pure relaxation on the beach with fewer activities and crowds, this is the place to go. Just be prepared for mosquitoes, especially in the warm, humid weather—bring repellent to stay comfortable. Would definitely return!
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The territory is beautiful and well-maintained, with great pools and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were also good, you choose from a menu, even if breakfast is included in your stay (there was no buffet option during our visit).
The only downside was the very noisy air conditioner in our room, which made it hard to sleep at times. We stayed in Building 3.
The property is undeniably beautiful, with unique architecture and stunning natural surroundings. The rooms are clean and relatively modern, offering a comfortable stay. However, the pricing feels a bit high compared to the overall experience provided. It’s also worth noting that the atmosphere is more geared toward traditional family settings. During our visit, we encountered a few staff interactions that did not feel inclusive or welcoming toward LGBTQ guests. For travelers seeking a more openly LGBTQ-friendly environment, this may not be the ideal choice.
Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
The resort was beautiful, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. A perfect escape—can’t wait to come back!
The resort is a fantastic hidden gem, not surrounded by much else other than water! We weren’t able to get anyone from the spa to answer our inquiry for massages and the restaurants have peculiar hours with basic eats that are pricey, and the walls between guest rooms are very thin. Our neighbors had young children and a chronic cough that interrupted our sleeping quite a bit. The scuba dogs team was awesome and the primary reason we booked here! If you love diving and the blissful beach, I’d recommend this resort for sure.
