This hotel is very poorly maintained! Main issue was with the room, walked in to dead bugs on the carpet, then to find a live ones in the kitchen area and bathroom. Worst part is the next morning we all had bite marks on our bodies. Which all resemble bed bug bites. Looks like certain rooms do not have central air-conditioning, so then units in the room cause moisture which leaves a smell in the carpet. The patio area is not well clean and almost looks like mold is forming. So be mindful staying here. I reached out to management and they have not responded.
Love the location,right next to casino,parking was so convenient fresh towels every morning. Drinks right on the beach. Little shop for coffee in the morning. Keep mind 4:00pm checking and not a minute earlier. Room was totally remodeled very well done. Room had a full kitchen yet it still had that full hotel feel. Pool is under renovation but you really don’t need your right in front of beach. There a little stand to the right that makes all kinds of empanadas opens about 11:00. I wood differently recommend. There’s a little walkway to hotel next door that has great restaurants and live entertainment.
Great location but you have to ask for the beach view. Mint bar was great. Everyone here really wants you to come back so they are working very hard. Maintenance and upkeep are always ongoing so you might see some activity. Never bothered us.
Customer service is friendly enough. Will agree to bring towels but they may or may not come. Pool currently not available due to renovations that are clearly needed throughout. Stayed here years ago and it was a lovely property. For their sake, I hope they get back to that. Top tier location though!
Looks can be deceiving I would not recommend this hotel. Appearance in the inside the hallway looks creepy. I did not feel comfortable here traveled from the states and had to find another location to go to.
