Hyatt Place Manatí

The hotel is clean, the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. They are understaffed at times and the power went out 3 times. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There are chickens, lizards and cats in the parking lot of the rest5and casino next to the hotel and they walk to the hotel too. They made my stay even more fun. The plants outside of the hotel are stunningly beautiful.

Don't recommend this Hotel at all. Called in the morning to make sure they had my two shared room ready when we would check in. I was told on the phone everything was going to be ready for our arrival. Arrived at 3:45pm with my family ,including my 7 month old and my 3 year old. The young lady at the front desk informes us it will be about 25-30 for both rooms to be ready. We asked if we could wait in the pool and very pleasantly we were told yes , that they would let us know when the rooms where ready... Now it's 4:3pm, I come inside the hotel and I am told "oh house keeping has not cleaned the room yet". I am told again 15 minutes it will be done. Now it's 4:45pm and I go back yo the front desk and I am told they have not "gotten to the rooms yet and pending to be clean". Now I am very upset, I have my 7 month old screaming because she is tired from a long trip/day and I cant do anything but wait. At 5:15pm ,it's the time we got our room key. She told me very relax and with no intention of compensating the hour I payed and didn't have room. Don't stay here.

I found this to be a very acceptable property for a business trip. at this property housekeeping was offered every day which is a necessity for me on a business trip. The room was comfortable and everything worked. The service was friendly and helpful in the breakfast was better than most.

This is a great hotel, really well maintained. Included breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean and comfortable, but the greatest aspect is customer service. Everyone was really kind and helpful. The hotel is close to the highway and other amenities like pharmacies and fast food joints.

I have to edit this review since a couple of nights before we checked out our grand daughters got sick and one threw up in our room and it was the eggs served at the hotels breakfast. We asked if it could be cleaned up but it was not thoroughly enough to elliminate the smell. They did offer to switch our room but we declined at the time because of assurances from their staff that they would address the two spots. Since we were out of the room during the day we trusted it would be addressed, needless to say we did not sleep the last two nights we were there. This is a very modern hotel with modern decor which is ideal for projecting clean lines and allows staff to concentrate on accomidating the guests. The staff is polite and eager to help make your stay very pleasant. There is a breakfast buffet included along with a bar and some food items and treats available till late hours. A small pool and small gym along with a decent sized conference room foe corporate events. The location is easy going , across the street from 2 small shopping centers and a hospital as well. Only 12 minuyes from Mar Chiquita beach and about 41 minutes from San Juan airport. We now have a new place to stay that providea stable power, a 24 hour front desk, a casino sharing the parking lot with this hotels and decent amount of restaurants and a Walgreens.
