I am a Hyatt member and spent one night (Saturday October 26th) at this location because friends were there for the week and we wanted to spend some quality time. We were not disappointed. The overall facility is well maintained, clean and the experience from check in to check out was very pleasant. All the staff are true professionals and they seem to enjoy their individuals assignments. Management looks like they got it right at this location. The rooms, the beach, the pools and restaurants/lobby bar just so above average compared to other locations I’ve stay on the island. Then again, you get what you pay for. Sound off to Jennifer at the pool bar that went (my opinion) beyond expectations to make our visit that much more memorable. We are making plans to go back for several days in a few months. Definitely a place to experience if you are visiting PR.

Came for a wedding and the resort looked beautiful. Clean and seemed to have good amenities. Why i gave this resort a 3 star was the absurd built in tip charged at restaurants and bars at 16% and when you go to their market to get coffee they charge a 10% tip. The restaurants on the resort were decent. The tiles in the shower were so slippery when wet they have a bath mat fit you to stand on (you would think they would know tiles get slippery when wet). They also have a huge parking lot that you have to pay daily for (as if the rooms weren’t pricey enough). But what irked my family and i the most was the insane amount of golf carts on the resort. The resort was not serene at all, with all the golf cart traffic (a you were are not on the golf course). It’s nice they have golf cart shuttling people around the resort but not everyone needs to be shuttled and not every worker there needs a golf cart ( walking with a baby or the stroller seemed unsafe at times as they would be zooming by you). If you insist on keeping the golf carts, get electric ones so they aren’t loud. For the price would go else where.

This is my second time staying here. The pool is not heated, and they do not have any hot tubs. The first time we came in January and it was just too cold to use the pool. This time we came in october, and the pool was great. They actually have 3 large pools, and they're very well-cared-for it is on the ocean, but the beach is fairly small, but it does have gorgeous views. They also have a lot of different types of rooms. We stayed in a garden room the first time, the second time we stayed in a condo on the far end of the property. we actually had to drive our car to get back-and-forth or wait on their golf cart. Golf course was very well cared for and played great, and they have golf simulators in their bar, which was a lot of fun.

The hotel was amazing from the start to the end! The staff were so friendly and attentive, the rooms were super clean and fully stocked and neat. I really loved the front desk services touch of calling once we arrived to the room to check if everything was ok, very thoughtful. The areas were clean and beautiful including the beach view. Great restaurant’s selection I highly recommend Nectar. Will visit again, highly recommended!

This Hyatt was absolutely one of the best! The attention to detail was amazing and exceeded my expectations. What I loved the most was the service of the place! Gabriel, watched over us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions of things to do and places to visit. El macho, was phenomenal. He drives the cart around picking up and dropping off people treating everyone with respect and care. Gotta say, we were very pleased and will return. Ricardo
