4 years agoWe paid for furniture, 10 days have passed and it is time that they have not delivered it to me (they have made 2 attempts and both times they have brought the wrong product). I have called multiple times to contact the seller and have not received a call. I also asked for a quote for kitchen furniture and I didn't receive it either. It seems that in Puerto Rico the client must follow up to be sold, when the seller's function should be to find clients.

4 years agoA disaster of a place. A chair was requested and paid for in advance and after calling and saying it was in the parking lot, I waited 45 minutes and no one ever came out to bring me the chair. I went to the door and no one answered me. A fatal service. If you have already paid, you should not wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for your order to be delivered, and even more if you go at the agreed time.
