We arrived at the hotel via Uber, avoiding any parking issues. We checked in early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage, prepared a drink for us, and assisted with bringing my bag to the fourth floor. The room offered a beautiful view, and we were conveniently close to the rooftop with an impressive view. After exploring Old San Juan, we returned and enjoyed a complimentary drink at the bar. The staff suggested two clubs, which we found helpful. When we returned later, the rooftop was clean, quiet, and had a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel. The bathroom was somewhat small but adequate.
Excellent location. Close to every thing in the old San Juan. The customer service really is top notch. When we checked in, we were greeted by a young gentleman who is so good at what he does. He was friendly, decent and just a great way to be welcomed. He was able to check us in a hour early. The roof top offers great views. Just be mindful of the stairs, but I enjoyed the exercise!

From check in to check out the staff Christian, Natalia, and 2 others that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fabulous. I never once saw them without a smile and they always shared places to go and things to do.
The staircase was so historic and rooms were so cute. It was perfect, to hang out in the lobby or relax at the bar. Drinks were 💯.
What was amazing was that you didn’t feel like you were in the center of Old San Juan, because it was so peaceful and quiet. Safety was never a concern you get buzzed in and then need a code to re-enter.
We stayed at this hotel for one night and loved it!!! Amazing location right in the middle of Old San Juan. Complimentary bar for guests, and we had a huge balcony attached to our room with an outdoor tub/shower and chairs. Hotel overall was super cute and clean. Staff was also super friendly and nice! Also had a rooftop which would be great for catching the sunset. Would definitely stay again
The hotel is conveniently placed and is very affordable. The staff and free bar are the main pros about this place. The cons are that, despite the quiet please signs, of all 3 of the nights we stayed there there was not a single one where there was not loud noise. The design of the hotel and stairs make it so that noise echoes throughout, and doors closing sound like gunshots. People talk loudly and stomp up and down the stairs without any regard. Other than a small leak on the roof where AC is at, the rooms are clean, tidy, and the AC is good. The rooftop is nice for sunrise/set
